Inspection Services in Columbia County, FL and Surrounding Counties
DURING YOUR INSPECTION…
I’ll be inspecting the home by crawling under it, climbing on top of it, and getting into every safely accessible area possible. I encourage the buyers to attend the inspection with me so that I can explain the about the home and provide a walk-through summary and answer any questions about the home at that time. The entire inspection process generally takes about 4 to 7 hours. Fill free to be there the whole time or towards the end.
